Common topics

Answers to the questions we hear most.

Each card links straight to the detail you need in the documentation.

01

Start with the documentation

The documentation is the quickest way to learn the plugin. It covers what schema is, installation, settings, the Schema Builder, importing markup and templates.

If you are new, read it top to bottom once, then use the contents links to jump back to any section.

02

Licence and API key

Your API key arrives in your purchase email. After activation, open API Key Validation, paste the key, select Verify Key, then choose Proceed.

  • Keep your key confidential; it activates your licence.
  • Single Site covers one WordPress site; the 1000 Site licence covers agency and multi-site use.
  • Lost your key or need it re-sent? Email support with your purchase details.
03

Installing the plugin

  1. Download the plugin ZIP file.
  2. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
  3. Select the ZIP file, then choose Install Now.
  4. Activate the plugin and add your API key.

Host flagged the files?

If a host’s virus scanner flags the plugin’s obfuscated files, enable Compatibility Mode in Settings.

  • Use Templates or start a New Schema.
  • Add Nodes and Group Nodes to structure your data.
  • Preview the JSON-LD before publishing, then Save Schema.
